Despite the perhaps hard exterior that others see, inside our warm, golden heart beats. And we can be lighter than we might think.
The exterior can be seen as a the facade that we sometimes put up to protect ourselves from the outside world. And difficulties and challenges that we encounter in life, that can sometimes make us hard and unapproachable. We can protect ourselves and be strong, but we are just as affected and have the need to love and be loved. And we can be lighter than we might think, even float. Whatever the exterior shows.
This work is part of the collection ‘Nature is Golden’, which consists of photographs I have taken all over the world, painted with gold digital oil paint.
